CMC may disclose client's nonpublic personal information: (1) to individuals and/or entities not affiliated with CMC, including, but not limited to third-parties that assist in the supervision or management of your account(s) (i.e., sub-advisers, account custodian, record keeper, attorney, etc.); (2) to service providers contracted by us in order for them to provide their services in connection with our business and the services we provide you; and (3) when otherwise permitted or required by law.
In the event that CMC has a change to its client privacy policy that would allow it to disclose nonpublic personal information not covered under applicable law, CMC will allow its clients the opportunity to opt-out of such disclosure. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Use of AI Tools
CMC utilizes AI tools, including Hazel, to enhance our service offerings. These tools may collect and process personal data to provide notetaking and email drafting services. We ensure that all data handled by these tools is protected with industry-standard security measures, including SOC 2 Type 2, CCPA, and GDPR compliance. By using our services, you consent to the use of these AI tools.
Website Analytics
Our website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC, to help us understand how visitors find and use the Site so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technologies to collect standard internet usage information, such as the pages you view, the approximate geographic location derived from your IP address, the type of device and browser you use, and how you arrived at the Site. This information is aggregated and statistical; it does not identify you personally to us, and we do not link it to your advisory account or the nonpublic personal information described above.

Privacy has always been important to CMC. We restrict and limit access to client information only to those who need to carry out their business functions. We safeguard client information by preventing its unauthorized access, disclosure, or use. We maintain physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect your confidential personal information. Arrangements with companies or independent contractors not affiliated with CMC will be subject to confidentiality agreements.
Former Clients
Even if we cease to provide you with financial services, our Privacy Policy will continue to apply to you, and we will continue to treat your nonpublic personal information with strict confidentiality. We maintain all records regarding all former clients for the retention period required by law.
