Shane's Story
I actually got my start in accounting, but pretty quickly I realized it wasn’t where I wanted to stay. I wanted more connection, to work with people, not just numbers. That led me to JPMorgan, where I got my first experience in the financial world at a big scale. But even then, something still didn’t feel right. The big bank environment was missing the personal side. I wanted real relationships and real impact.

That’s what drew me into financial planning, the idea of having real conversations with people about their lives, not just their money, and being part of those relationships long term.

Partnering with Nick to build this firm felt like the perfect next step. We always tell clients that wealth isn’t just about what’s in your bank account. It’s about having the freedom to live intentionally and spend time on what matters most. For me, that includes my family. Building something that reflects my values and gives me that same freedom? It just made sense.

What I enjoy most is helping people feel more confident about the big decisions. Not by overloading them with information, but by listening, asking questions, and helping them see things clearly. Sometimes, all someone needs is a different perspective and someone who has their back.
